PARK RULES

All guests must adhere to the park rules that are given during the compulsory safety briefing and by the Adrenalin marshals in the park at all times.

GENERAL RULES

  • The activities provided can be great fun but they can also be dangerous. There is a risk of serious injury if care is not taken when using the activities. Use of the activities is physically demanding and involves jumping, physical strength and other strenuous actions involving height, speed and unpredictable surfaces. Use of the activities is a high-impact, full-body activity that requires intense focus, awareness of your body’s strengths and limitations, awareness of the environment around you and extreme caution at all times
  • Only participate if you are in good physical condition
  • Do not participate if you have pre-existing medical conditions including breathing, heart, back, neck, bone or muscle conditions
  • Do not participate if you are or may be pregnant
  • Do not attempt to use any of the activity equipment unless you have registered to participate, understand the safety briefing & signed a waiver (if you are under 18 a waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian)
  • Before using the activities loosen up with warm-up exercises & stretches
  • If you get tired please leave the activity area & take a break
  • Always remain in control – Be aware of how to bend your knees to control or stop your bounce
  • Practice first before you move around the activity area
  • Always plan your landings before jumping
  • Always jump & land in the centre of the trampolines
  • Never lean on, jump on, climb, grab or lift the coloured safety pads or safety nets
  • Do not exit the trampolines, inflatable or activity equipment by ‘bouncing’ off onto the surrounding walkways
  • Make sure you have control before leaving the trampolines, inflatables or activity equipment
  • Always jump so you land on both feet at the same time. Neverland with just one foot
  • Know your limit – Do not attempt any move beyond your own skill level
  • Never attempt flips or other extreme moves unless you know you are capable & have had the appropriate training
  • No double flips or triple flips even if you are capable
  • Do not jump or flip over other participants
  • No double bouncing! (There should never be two people on one trampoline at the same time)
  • Strictly only one person per trampoline at any one time
  • Do not jump or step onto a trampoline unless the trampoline is clear
  • Look out for other jumpers & give way to smaller ones
  • Never run across the trampolines
  • No diving, no backflips, no gainers (forward moving backflips)
  • No wrestling, tackling, pushing, or shoving
  • No climbing on the trampolines or the padding
  • No sitting or lying on the trampolines, padding or activity equipment
  • Remove all items from your pockets prior to commencing activities. Please leave these in the lockers.
  • All jewellery, watches, keys, key chains, coins or the like to be removed prior to commencing activities
  • Clothing should not have any hard or sharp points (such as buckles, studs, or toggles)
  • No phones or cameras in the activity areas
  • No food, drink or chewing gum whilst participating in activities
  • Do not leave clothing around the activity areas, use the lockers provided
  • Approved Adrenalin anti-slip socks must be worn at all times
  • All guests must wear their coloured allocated wristbands at all times during their session
  • No jumping under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Under no circumstances will guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs be allowed access to the park
  • Always follow the Marshal’s instructions. Dangerous behaviour will not be tolerated & you could be asked to leave
  • We do not accept responsibility for the supervision of children
  • Children must be supervised
  • The maximum weight restriction is 18st/115kg
  • No food or drink (except water) should be bought into the park
  • Additional Rules apply to additional activities – please ensure you familiarise yourself with the activity rules prior to use.

INFLATABLE ARENA SAFETY

  • Always watch out for other bouncers, bounce within your abilities and follow the rules!
  • DO NOT bounce on the hatch marked area at the front of the arena, this is for entry and exit only
  • Socks MUST be worn at ALL TIMES – No bare feet
  • NO climbing on the walls between activities or around the outside of the arena
  • NO rough play, wrestling, tackling or shoving
  • NO sitting or lying on the inflatables
  • NO food, drink or chewing gum is allowed on the arena
  • NO bouncing under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Do not attempt any move beyond your own skill level
  • Remove all items from your pockets before entering the arena
  • NO keys, keychains, sharp or pointed items on the arena
  • NO belt buckles or studs on clothing
  • We also recommend the removal of all jewellery
  • DO NOT leave clothing lying on the arena, use lockers provided
  • DO NOT participate if you are pregnant or are suffering from any injuries
  • In the event that any inflatable section starts to deflate, please exit the arena quickly and calmly using the nearest exit and inform a member of staff. As soon as the issue is resolved, and the inflatables are fully refilled you will be able to re-enter the arena, but only do so when told by a member of staff that it is safe to do so.
  • ‘Inflata Wall’ – Climbing Wall Safety 
  • DO NOT jump off the climbing wall, only climb down.
  • DO NOT attempt to climb over the top of the climbing wall
  • Additional Rules
  • Do not attempt acrobatics on any part of the play area. The inflated bed was not designed for that.
  • Participants MUST turn socks inside out before entering the inflatable.
  • Do not enter unless there is a MARSHAL present
  • Follow all park rules and MARSHAL instructions
  • Walk onto and off the park – no running
  • Be aware of those around you, it is your responsibility to be safe!
  • Smaller participants MUST be given priority at all times
  • Do not land on your head or neck
  • Do not climb or hang on to any perimeter netting, walls or top pads
  • Do not do any flips in the park
  • Do not obstruct another participant in any way
  • Do not sit or lie on the park unless using the allocated seating
  • If you are tired and need to rest, you must exit the park
  • DO NOT go near fans/blowers these are barricaded off for customer safety
  • No one with ANY PRE-EXISTING INJURIES or HEALTH CONCERNS (limitations), in the state of PREGNANCY or UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF PSYCHOTROPHIC SUBSTANCES may use the unit

INFLATABLE SLIDE SAFETY

  • The number of participants to be respected at all times
  • Socks MUST be worn. Participants to turn their grip socks inside out
  • NO bouncing especially on the sliding platform
  • NEVER FORCE/PESTER a participant to slide if he/she feels uncomfortable doing so
  • Participants are to clear the run-out as soon as they finished sliding
  • No one may take onto the inflatable any hard, sharp or dangerous objects, such as buckles, pens, keys, knives etc. Glasses must be removed
  • Careless, reckless or boisterous behaviour (for example, deliberately pushing others off the slide platform), intentional rough play including colliding with other participants, or anything which might put themselves or others at risk is forbidden. Offenders should be warned in the first instance.
  • Participants are to adhere to the Correct Sliding Position:
  • Arms crossed at front – Participants to slide down the centre of the slide in order to avoid touching the walls
  • Slide feet first only – participants MUST NOT go down the slide headfirst as this can cause serious injury.
  • Full clothing must be worn when sliding. Avoid exposed skin, as skin abrasion can occur
  • No jumping, sit to launch

AGE RESTRICTIONS

  • Under 5’s are only allowed on the trampolines during Mini Adrenalin
  • A parent or guardian must remain on-site if participants are under the age of 12

JUMP TOWER

  • Standard Park Rules apply
  • Only jump when inflated
  • Only one participant at a time on the platform
  • Do NOT jump until the airbag is clear
  • No backflips
  • Do not jump or dive headfirst into the airbag – this can cause injuries to the head & back
  • Land either on your back or bottom
  • Do NOT ‘tuck your knees up’ or ‘curl up’ as this can cause your knees to hit your face when landing
  • Do NOT land directly on your feet. Downward motion from your upper body can cause injury to your lower body
  • Exit the airbag as quickly as possible by the nearest exit point

AIRBAG RULES

  • Standard Park Rules apply
  • Only jump when inflated
  • Only one participant at a time on the platform
  • Do NOT jump until the airbag is clear
  • No backflips
  • Do not jump or dive headfirst into the airbag – this can cause injuries to the head & back
  • Land either on your back or bottom
  • Do NOT ‘tuck your knees up’ or ‘curl up’ as this can cause your knees to hit your face when landing
  • Do NOT land directly on your feet. Downward motion from your upper body can cause injury to your lower body
  • Exit the airbag as quickly as possible by the nearest exit point


BATTLE BEAM RULES

  • Standard Park Rules apply
  • Only two people at a time on the beam
  • Start in the centre of the beam
  • Do not go until the foam pit is clear
  • No headshots
  • Keep it friendly & polite
  • Do not throw the pugil sticks
  • Do not jump or dive headfirst into the foam pit – this can cause injuries to the back & neck
  • Only ever jump into the foam pit feet first
  • Land on your feet, back or bottom
  • Do not land on your knees in the pit – this can cause injuries to the back
  • Do not ‘tuck your knees up’ or ‘curl up’ as this can cause your knees to hit your face when landing
  • Exit the foam pit as quickly as possible from the nearest exit point
  • Do not bury yourself or others in the pit
  • Do not remove or throw the foam blocks
  • Once you have been knocked off the game is over and you must join the back of the queue
  • The Marshal’s decision is final

LADDER CHALLENGE

  • Standard Park Rules apply
  • Only one person at a time on the ladder
  • Crawl across the ladder using your hands, knees and feet
  • Do not jump onto the ladder
  • Do not go until the foam pit is clear
  • Do not jump or dive headfirst into the foam pit – this can cause injuries to the back & neck
  • Only ever jump into the foam pit feet first
  • Land on your feet, back or bottom
  • Do not land on your knees in the pit – this can cause injuries to the back
  • Do not ‘tuck your knees up’ or ‘curl up’ as this can cause your knees to hit your face when landing
  • Exit the foam pit as quickly as possible from the nearest exit point
  • Do not bury yourself or others in the pit
  • Do not remove or throw the foam blocks
  • If you fall off the ladder the game is over and you must join the back of the queue
  • The Marshal’s decision is final


MINI NINJA

  • Standard Park Rules apply
  • Stand back from the equipment whilst waiting your turn
  • Only one person at a time per obstacle
  • Do not go until the path is clear
  • When the participant in front of you has completed you can move onto the obstacle
  • Keep your distance away from other participants. Be aware they may attempt a manoeuvre
  • No running and jumping onto the equipment
  • Do not hang upside down on the equipment
  • No leaning, grabbing or climbing on the trusses/framework or padding
  • No swinging from the framework
  • We recommend that participants wear long sleeves and trousers
  • Long hair should be tied back
  • If you need assistance, ask the marshal for help
  • The marshal’s decision is final at all times
  • All guests must adhere to the flow direction. Do not attempt to enter the course halfway through
  • If you fall off the course you may get back on until the end of your run
  • Once you have finished your run you must exit the course, and use the walkway to return to the back of the queue


BOULDERING WALL

This activity can be great fun but it can also be dangerous. There is a risk of serious injury if care is not taken when using the equipment. Use of this equipment is a high-impact, full-body activity that requires intense focus, awareness of your body’s strengths and limitations, awareness of the environment around you and extreme caution at all times.

  • Only participate if you are in good physical condition
  • Do not participate if you have any pre-existing medical conditions including heart, back, neck, bone or muscle conditions
  • Do not participate if you are pregnant
  • Do not attempt to use any of the activity equipment without undertaking the safety briefing & signing a waiver (if you are under 18 a waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian)
  • Before use loosen up with warm-up exercises & stretches
  • If you get tired please leave the equipment & take a break
  • Bouldering is climbing without ropes. If you fall you will hit the floor
  • Maintain three points of contact with the wall at all times
  • Climb only within your capabilities. Do not attempt any move beyond your own skill level
  • Do not climb too high until you are confident enough to do so
  • The soft mat does not make bouldering safe. It is designed for accidental falls. Broken and sprained limbs are common in the use of this type of climbing wall despite the soft landing. Uncontrolled falls are likely to result in injuries to yourself or others
  • Follow the Marshals instructions
  • Descend either by down-climbing or a controlled jump
  • Always land with both feet at the same time
  • Always remain in control – Be aware of how to bend your knees to control your landing
  • Respect the space of other climbers. Only climb when there is a safe distance between you and the next climber
  • Look out for other participants and give way to smaller ones
  • Climbers doing vertical problems have priority
  • Do not climb directly above or below another climber
  • Do not attempt to catch anyone who may fall
  • Do not sit or stand under the wall at any time
  • The maximum weight restriction is 18st/115kg
  • Under 5’s are not permitted to use the bouldering wall
  • No more than 4 active users at any one time
  • Only those participating are allowed in the bouldering area
  • Anyone waiting or assisting participants should do so off the crash matted area
  • Grip socks must be worn at all times whilst using the equipment. No sandals, boots or bare feet
  • All jewellery (including ear studs)/watches, keys, keychains, coins, toggles or the like to be removed prior to participation
  • Clothing should not have any hard or sharp points (buckles, studs, toggles or the like)
  • We recommend that climbers wear long sleeves and trousers to avoid friction burns
  • Long hair should be tied back
  • Clothing with ropes cords & toggles must not be worn
  • Remove all items from your pockets prior to participation
  • No phones or cameras in the bouldering area
  • Do not leave clothing or personal belongings in the bouldering area
  • No food, drink or chewing gum whilst participating
  • No sitting or lying on the equipment/mats
  • No wrestling, tackling or shoving
  • No participating under the influence of alcohol
  • Report loose holds or damaged equipment to a member of staff immediately
  • Only authorised staff are permitted to set routes
  • If you are unwell you should not use the equipment
  • Do not use the equipment if wearing any form of a plaster cast
  • Do not attempt to climb above the holds
  • Report spinning holds to marshals
  • If not climbing, please stay away from the wall


TRAVERSE WALL

  • Standard Park Rules apply
  • Climb only within your capabilities. Do not attempt any move beyond your own skill level
  • Maintain three points of contact with the walls at all times
  • Do not climb too high until you are confident enough to do so
  • No feet above the marked line
  • Descend either by down-climbing or a controlled jump
  • The soft mat does not make traversing safe. It is designed for accidental falls. Broken and sprained limbs are common in the use of this type of climbing wall despite the soft landing
  • Uncontrolled falls are likely to result in injuries to yourself or others
  • Follow the Marshal’s instructions
  • Always land with both feet at the same time
  • Always remain in control – Be aware of how to bend your knees to control your landing
  • Respect the space of other climbers. Only climb when there is a safe distance between you and the next climber
  • Look out for other participants and give way to smaller ones
  • Do not climb directly above or below another climber
  • Do not attempt to catch anyone who may fall
  • Do not sit, stand or rest under the wall at any time
  • Maximum weight restriction is 18st/115kg
  • No more than 2 active users at any one time
  • Only those participating are allowed in the Traverse area
  • Grip socks must be worn at all times whilst using the equipment. No sandals, boots or bare feet
  • Long hair should be tied back
  • Report loose holds or damaged equipment to a member of staff immediately
  • Only authorised staff are permitted to set routes
  • If you are unwell you should not use the equipment
  • Do not use the equipment if wearing any form of a plaster cast
  • Do not attempt to climb above the holds
  • If not climbing, please stay away from the wall

 

VR ARENA

  • Always pay attention to the member of staff in charge of the VR Arena
  • DO NOT Run whilst within the arena with your headset on
  • Always be aware of your surroundings in the game. You will be able to see other people within the VR world, if you run into them in the game, you run into them in real life.
  • Stay within the pre-set map boundaries. If it’s a wall in the game, it is a wall in real life.
  • If you begin to feel unwell raise your hand at any point and an Adrenalin Operator will come and assist you.
  • Stand still whilst you are in the loading arena. A member of staff will notify you of this.
