Adrenalin Policies

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

General

Adrenalin Jump socks MUST be worn at all times. These can be purchased from reception for £2.50 and once you’ve bought them, they are yours to keep and wear again next time! Please make sure you turn your socks inside out on the inflatables.

Arrive Early: You MUST arrive 30 minutes before the session in order to get signed in and to have time to view the compulsory safety video, which must be viewed on each visit to the Park. If you arrive late you may lose time in the park. If you miss the compulsory safety briefing you will not be allowed to enter the park.

5-11-year-olds must have an adult present in the park but they can relax in our café if they wish.

12 years+ can bounce alone as long as their signed waiver is still valid and in date.

Booking is strongly recommended to avoid disappointment. It can get very busy, especially during school holidays and weekends.

All participants must have a signed waiver and will not be allowed into the park without one.

Military discount available for serving members of the armed forces and their families during standard 1-hour Adrenalin sessions. Valid Military ID or proof of service must be shown at the reception. Use code: AF (case sensitive) for 10% off when booking online.

NHS discount is available on standard 1-hour Adrenalin sessions. Valid NHS ID or Blue Light Card must be shown at the reception. Use code: NHS (case sensitive) for 10% off when booking online.

Military and NHS discounts cannot be used on any Mini Adrenalin, Extreme Friday Nights, Saturday Night Disco, Afterschool Adrenalin or Adrenalin Youth Club sessions, as these sessions are already at a reduced rate.

Mini Adrenalin

Parents/Guardians must accompany Mini Adrenalin seekers on the trampolines. A maximum ratio of 2 toddlers to every 1 parent/guardian.

Disco sessions

Age 5+

Wednesday Youth Club

Wednesday Youth Club excludes the use of Soft Play. This area can be booked separately for any of our guests who are under the age of 5

Adrenalin Family Experience

Ages: All 4 participants must be over 5 years old. Normal adult-to-child ratios apply.

Who Can Play?

You must be 7 years and over to play. We do not recommend this experience to those who are:

Pregnant
Elderly
Have pre-existing binocular vision abnormalities
Have psychiatric disorders
Suﬀer from a heart condition
Other serious medical conditions
Children under the age of 12 without accompanying parent or adult guardian.
Seizures: Some people may have severe dizziness, seizures, epileptic seizures or blackouts triggered by light ﬂashes or patterns, and this may occur while they are watching TV, playing video games or experiencing virtual reality, even if they have never had a seizure or blackout before or have no history of this.
In addition, please be advised that some people experience nausea, disorientation, motion sickness, general discomfort, headaches or other health issues when experiencing virtual reality.

Waiver

A waiver must be completed if you wish to use the park activities. In order to save time when you arrive, you may fill out and sign your liability waiver in advance. Please note that you must be at least 18 years old in order to sign a liability waiver. If you are not 18 years old, please ask your parent or legal guardian to complete this process.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

1. All Adrenalin bookings will not be eligible for a refund. All bookings will only be able to be rescheduled.

2. Our cancellation policy for all standard sessions and birthday party bookings allow customers to amend their booking provided this is done up to 48 hours before your booked slot.
If you need to cancel your booking and do not have a date in mind to reschedule Adrenalin will issue a credit to the same value of your booking to your Adrenalin account to use
at future dates.

3. Deposit payments are non-refundable.

PARTY BOOKINGS

1. All Adrenalin bookings will not be eligible for a refund. All bookings will only be able to be rescheduled.

A party area shall be reserved for a thirty (30) minute slot after the chosen hour of activity time. The room must be vacated promptly after this time to set up for the next party. We ask the parent or guardian of the party child stay on site at all times and are responsible for the behaviour of all children. Any behaviour deemed by the Company to be unacceptable will be explained to the parent/guardian and may necessitate the party to end prematurely. Should any member of the party group have any dietary requirements, the Company shall endeavour to cater to these needs and request the Customer to advise of such requests no later than 7 days prior to the party date. Additional guests can be added to a booking provided notice is given seven (7) days prior to the date of the party. Additional guests are subject to availability at the time of the request and may mean the Company cannot action your request.

Birthday cake, candles and eating cutlery will not be supplied as part of the package, however the Company will supply a knife to cut any cake supplied by the Customer. Any decorations the Customer wishes to supply for the party is subject to the approval of the Company duty manager at the time. The Company shall not under any circumstance allow decorations to be stuck to the walls.

The Customer‘s party is required to arrive at the Trampoline Park at the scheduled start time of the party. Upon arrival the Customer must check in with a party host who will then explain the process of the booking. Right of admission can be refused at any time if the duty manager sees fit.

Should the Customer arrive late, they shall not automatically be granted the full hour on the trampolines or Activity and shall be subject to availability and at the duty manager’s discretion.
