Virtual reality (VR) is a simulated experience that can be similar to or completely different from the real world. One of the main applications of virtual reality is video gaming, which we provide at Adrenalin VR. 

All our experiences are sensory and generate realistic images, sounds and other sensations that simulate your physical presence in a virtual environment. You will look around and move within the artificial worlds and interact with virtual features. Virtual reality incorporates amazing auditory and video feedback which truly allow you to feel like you are somewhere else.

All our titles are rated and some games are subject to age restrictions which we legally adhere to, ensuring your safety is our priority.

All our games and experiences are designed to provide entertainment and fun for friends and families. All our titles are fun, take you on missions and let you move around different worlds. 

Families may play together, and players must be 7 years and above. Anyone under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult present within the arena area. 

Can I organise a party or a group event at Adrenalin VR?

Absolutely! We love nothing more than to make our space available for larger groups of friends, families or colleagues eager to have an amazing team-building experience! Give us a call on 01752 717727 to discuss your requirements.

We do not issue refunds for cancellations should, we provide a live experience, much like a theatre show or a cinema booking, and once you have confirmed your booking we cannot accept last-minute reschedules or provide refunds on any deposits paid. Depending on the situation the date and time may be rescheduled at no fee or a credit applied to your account for future use.

All bookings need to be paid upfront, 100% non-refundable. If you have any issues with your booking leading up to your session, you can contact us and we will do everything we can to help reschedule as needed.

Adrenalin VR reserves the right to cancel bookings. 

No, as we have a full café facility on-site and available for all our customers to enjoy.

You can wear glasses in all of our experiences. However, contacts can be more comfortable when using our headsets, depending on the size of the glasses.

All our players are requested to sign a waiver before they join Adrenalin VR. If any of your guests are under 16 and their parent or guardian isn’t present, you must ensure the parent or guardian signs the waiver before they attend. Please bring all copies with you.

Players under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to play. If our staff decide you are not fit to play in the arena, you will not receive a refund or credit. Plymouth is a very popular destination for visitors and tourists with plenty of pubs and bars around, however, the safety of our staff and customers is paramount to us and we simply cannot allow for any dangerous situations to occur. 

For safety reasons anyone with the following impairment/medical conditions are not able to play any of our experiences:

• Epilepsy and similar seizure disorders.
• Deaf or severe hearing loss.
• Broken leg or arm.

Our experiences are not recommended for anyone with the following impairment/medical conditions:

• Heart condition.
• Heavily pregnant.
